Location

Judging by past experiences such as the works for the AS, my colleague Alex and I decided to restrict as much as possible outdoor filming to not depend on weather conditions that might vary, making the filming process more complicated and long.

Based on this idea but also because of our will to try a new genre, we decided to film at my house a psychological thriller/horror short film. Because of the conventions of the horror genre that usually want to mentally oppress the viewer by putting the viewed character in an enclosed space, it is perfectly matching with our situation to not depend on the weather.

And again by analyzing other films of this genre, most of the time the action takes place in a house which made us settle and decide on the place where we should film.
